ABOUT US

The Loch Lomond Rescue Boat is an independent volunteer lifeboat serving Loch Lomond and the surrounding shores. It was founded in 1977 from monies donated by an unknown sailor. The rescue boat attends around 100 callouts per year with some particularly busy days having as many as 7 or 8 callouts in a single day! The boat is crewed entirely by volunteers and is funded by donations. Loch Lomond Rescue Boat is a recognised Scottish Charity SC020014

The Loch Lomond Rescue Boat is a member of the The National Independent Lifeboat Association (NILA)
