Shout Details Reports of two paddle boarder in difficulty, one in water. Caught out by high winds. One wasn’t wearing correct attire for out in water. Luckily this one did not enter the water. Both had PFDS on. Treated for minor sings of hypothermia and transported back to millarochy bay and got warmed up and changed in their car.
