Paged by police Scotland at the request of Scottish ambulance service to assist a female who had fallen and sustained a broken ankle whilst walking , Crew with the assistance of Scottish fire & rescue service packaged the casualty using our vacuum mattress & after a walk on difficult terrain loaded the casualty on the rescue boat before transferring her to an ambulance crew at Balloch for onward care.
