Paged by police Scotland to assist Scottish ambulance service reach a 67yo male casualty suffering a medical episode on the west highland way.
The casualty had sought help from a private residence.
LLRB launched & once on scene began casualty care , once the casualty had been assessed we transferred him by rescue boat to awaiting ambulance crew at Tarbet Pier
