Paged by police Scotland to assist a 14yom who had sustained a propeller injury and was lying on the jetty with a traumatic injury.

On arrival national park rangers had started first aid along with the child’s parents , crew commenced casualty care , assessed , cleaned & dressed the injury as well as providing pain relief to the casualty.

We stayed on scene until arrival of Scottish ambulance service colleagues & handed over to them.

The child then went on to hospital for further treatment
