Shout Details Paged by Police Scotland due to concerns for an unknown male who had launched from Balmaha in a small inflatable “ kids toy” style dingy, without a life jacket. LLRB attended and posed with police as did the NPA. The male was located and our concerns due to his vessel and lack of a life jacket or safety equipment were explained to the male. LLRB then conveyed the male back to Balmaha where he spoke with police
